Flow Pilates was born from a simple idea: movement should feel natural, powerful, and sustainable. After years of practicing Pilates myself, I experienced how Pilates transformed not just my body, but also my focus, energy, and confidence.
As a marketing professional and academic with a PhD, I have always been passionate about knowledge and precision. When I began the comprehensive Pilates instructor training with Balanced Body, I discovered a unique way to bring these worlds together: combining science, authenticity, and the joy of movement. With a contemporary approach, Balanced Body integrates Joseph Pilates' classical work with modern scientific knowledge about the body and movement.
At Flow Pilates, I welcome you into a supportive community where every class is tailored to your needs — whether you are a beginner, an experienced mover, or simply curious to try something new. My goal is to help you discover your strength, improve your posture, and move with confidence in everyday life.

Reformer Pilates – Strength, Control, and Flow
Reformer Pilates is a full-body workout performed on a special machine designed by Joseph Pilates. The moving carriage, springs, and straps create gentle resistance that makes every exercise both challenging and supportive.
Wunda Chair – Strength in Every Move
Wunda Chair is a compact yet powerful piece of equipment that challenges strength, balance, and control in a unique way. Originally designed by Joseph Pilates, the Chair allows for a wide range of exercises — from gentle, supportive movements to advanced, athletic training.
Mat Pilates – Control, Precision, and Balance
Mat Pilates is the foundation of the Pilates method, performed using just your body weight, breath, and focus. With the support of small props such as balls, bands, or rings, every class emphasizes mindful movement and control.
Whether you are new to Pilates or already experienced, the Reformer adapts to your body and your goals. Each movement is guided, precise, and low-impact, making it safe for all ages and fitness levels.
Mat classes are designed to strengthen your core, and enhance overall body awareness. Exercises progress from gentle basics to more dynamic sequences, making them suitable for both beginners and advanced movers.
